Former Penguin Software Works Customers
Q: I purchased an earlier version of eFirearms/Arsenal from Penguin
Software Works, am I able to obtain support from you?
A: We are providing limited technical support for earlier
versions of the eFirearms software. Support is not being provided for Arsenal.
Q: Will my serial number that I purchased through PSW work
with your software?
A: No. When the software changed hands, so did the
serial number format. PSW's serial numbers will only work with earlier versions
of eFireamrs. All version prior to 6.0 use the PSW serial number and is not
compatible with our software.
Q: Will I receive a free upgrade to eFirearms if I already
own it from PSW?
A: As we release new versions of eFirearms, you will have
an opportunity to purchase a license at a reduced cost.
Q: Are there any differences between eFirearms 6.0 and eFirearms
5.x?
A: No. The version number was changed when the software
was aquired by us. This prevents the confusion between the two serial number
systems. All version prior to 6.0 use the PSW serial number and is not compatible
with our software.
